The Courier industry association of Kenya (CIAK) is a non- profit organization with a membership of licensed courier operators in Kenya. There are 200+ courier companies licensed for the year 2019/2020 by the regulator. In executing its mandate, CIAK works with the regulator and a number of government agencies to facilitate effective procedures and capacity building in the industry.The membership includes private operators and the public postal licensee.
